Do I need any Bitcoin experience?
None at all for the Beginner session. Zero. We start from scratch and you'll walk away with real Bitcoin in your wallet. For the Business session, you just need to own or manage a business.
What if KYC verification takes longer than 30 minutes?
Your confirmation email will ask you to complete identity verification before the session — this takes 2–5 minutes and is usually approved instantly. If it's still pending when we meet, no problem — we'll cover everything else and I'll schedule a free 15-minute follow-up to confirm it went through.
What do I need for the session?
A smartphone, a computer with Zoom installed, a debit card or bank account, and 30 minutes of uninterrupted time. That's it. Your confirmation email will have the full prep checklist.
For the Business session — do I have to hold Bitcoin?
Not at all. We'll configure your account to auto-convert every Bitcoin payment to USD instantly. Your customer pays in sats, you see dollars. Zero volatility risk.
What's the refund policy?
